On 5th November, the council’s Mobile Household Recycling Centre (MHRC) scheme will be coming to Quinton. I have fought hard to make sure that Quinton gets its fair share of the £7m extra funding for Cleaner, Greener Streets, announced by your Labour-led council. The MHRC will be on Faraday Ave, B32 1SJ between 07:00am-12:00pm
Each MHRC features three vehicles: a regular refuse collection vehicle for waste with no other use; a van for taking away items that can be reused by charities; a wagon with multiple compartments for recycling by material type.
